Album: Series 1 - 88mm Unit in Russia? These are all photos off the same film. They appear to show an Luftwaffe FlaK battery travelling from their barracks in Germany, into Russia or eastern europe. The Pz35t tends to suggest it's 1941 or before; it's turret number style places it after Poland. The weather looks like late summer, the men are all smiling and the tanks are definitely Russian, so I'm guessing they were probably taken during the early part of Operation Barbarossa. Album: Young Luftwaffe Officers/NCOsThese are photos from different films but of the same set of people (One NCO/Cadet in particular). I don't know if they're related to the first set or not. They range in date from 1939 to 1943 and at least one film was developed in Bad Salzuflen. Changed: 06/13/2007
